Sidu (सिड्डू)
Sidu is a famous traditional bread of Pahari Bushahri .
- Made from wheat flour
- Dough is fermented (often overnight)
- Stuffed with walnut paste, poppy seeds, or spices
- Cooked by steaming (not fried)
- Soft inside and slightly firm outside
How it is eaten:
- Served hot with Gee (desi ghee)
- Sometimes eaten with dal, chutney, or meat curry
